Begin From Within Counseling is launching in Fall 2026 . In-person sessions will be available in the Greater North Houston area (exact office location coming soon!). Telehealth is available anywhere in Texas.
Where are you located?
I’m out of network with all insurance plans. I can provide a superbill upon request.
Do you take insurance?
Sessions are $175 for a 50 minute session | $250 for a 90 minute intensive session.

Frequency depends on your needs and goals. Some people start weekly, others do every other week. We’ll decide together and adjust as things shift.
How often will we meet?
I'm not available for crisis support between sessions. If you're experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. For non-urgent questions or scheduling needs, feel free to email me and I'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REACH YOU BETWEEN SESSIONS?
It depends on what you're working on and what you need. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific issue. Others stay longer to do deeper work on patterns and identity. We'll talk about your goals and check in regularly on progress.
HOW LONG DOES THERAPY TAKE?
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
