I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and the founder of Begin From Within Counseling, PLLC. I support women navigating anxiety, burnout, breaking generational trauma cycles, people-pleasing, and the constant feeling that you've lost yourself somewhere along the way.
If you're here, you're probably exhausted from holding it all together. I'm here to help you put some of that weight down.
You can't break generational cycles, find your voice, or reclaim your power by looking outside yourself. The work starts inside. The light you're searching for? It's already there. You just need the space to begin.
I created this practice because I believe in real, inside-out change. I've seen what happens when someone finally has permission to stop performing and start healing. This work matters to me because I'm doing it too....breaking my own cycles, setting boundaries, figuring out who I am outside my roles.
This is therapy that's real, raw, and grounded in authentic connection. Deep work with a therapist who sees you, holds space for you, and walks alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.
I believe healing happens in real, authentic connection. I show up as a whole person: warm, direct, fully present, and genuinely invested in your growth. You won't get clinical distance or therapist speak. You'll get someone who laughs with you, validates you deeply, and lovingly calls you on your patterns when you're stuck.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems, person-centered work, Gestalt, and humanistic and existential therapy. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, meaning I tailor what we do together to fit what you actually need. I bring warmth, compassion, humor, and accountability. I'll meet you where you are and show up for the work alongside you.
This practice welcomes and affirms BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. I recognize that your identities aren't separate from the work we do, they shape your lived experience and the patterns we'll explore together. My approach acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression, racism, and marginalization on mental health. I'm committed to cultural humility, ongoing learning, and creating a space where you don't have to code-switch, perform, or shrink parts of yourself to feel safe.
